  • Ensure effective communication with vendors and suppliers to guarantee seamless operations.
New Product Development & Innovation
  • Drive research and development efforts to create innovative products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with external partners to explore emerging technologies and trends.
  • Develop and implement product roadmap strategies to meet market demands.
Metallurgical Expertise
  • Provide metallurgical expertise to support troubleshooting, process optimization, and material selection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in metallurgy.
Client & Vendor Management
  • Serve as primary technical contact for key clients to resolve technical queries and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide technical inputs for tenders, proposals, and customer specifications.
Compliance & Standards
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, industry, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging industry standards, technologies, and best practices.
