Job Overview

As a senior business analyst in product development, you will play a crucial role in driving the creation and delivery of products that meet market and client needs. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and define product requirements, working closely with the engineering team to develop and enhance products, and analyzing competitive landscapes to inform future product direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end product development activities, including research, design, development, and delivery for products.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to review product functionality, gather new requirements, and influence the future direction of products to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes and client requests to identify areas where current products and capabilities can be improved, and define user personas and product requirements accordingly.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to determine future product direction and assist in the successful design, development, and delivery of new products.
  • Demonstrate strong project leadership and communication skills, and serve as a subject matter expert on products and processes within the scope of responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, engineering, or a related area is required. An MBA or MS in engineering is preferred.
  • 6+ years of prior experience in IT; software engineer/business analyst/product management experience in US healthcare-focused products is a plus.

  • Ability to set priorities and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
