Drive Business Outcomes with Salesforce Analytics

As a skilled analytics professional, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and address business needs for data-driven decision making.

  • Business Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements for analytics and reporting needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analytics Development: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to deliver actionable insights and drive business outcomes.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business requirements, leveraging features such as SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, and recipes.
  • Integration and Optimization: Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources, including Salesforce CRM data, ERP systems, and other third-party applications, while optimizing performance and scalability of solutions.
  • Training and Support: Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions among team members.

Requirements:

Experience: 5-7 years in analytics or a related field

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Domain: Manufacturing & Automotive

Work Arrangement: Full-time, 5 days/week, working from the office
