Job Title: Treasury Manager

The role involves overseeing daily cash management activities, reconciling corporate bank accounts, and ensuring compliance with treasury policies.

  • Responsibilities include managing cash flow, preparing financial reports, and coordinating banking activities.
About the Role

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, accuracy, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Reconciling corporate bank accounts daily as part of the daily cash projection process.
  • Reviewing and preparing weekly cash reporting for distribution.
  • Escalating unresolved issues with banks related to store deposit accounts.
  • Preparing monthly cash, deferred financing, and treasury accrual journal entries.
  • Entering journal entries into NetSuite.
  • Acting as administrator for online banking and credit card portals.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly Borrowing Base Certificate (BBC).
  • Compiling and uploading files for monthly compliance reporting.
  • Reviewing account analysis for accuracy and resolving discrepancies with banks.
  • Managing all banking and treasury activities for new store openings and closures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or a similar finance role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, ACH/wire processes, and cash flow management is necessary.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite is an asset.
  • Strong Excel and financial reporting skills are essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality is crucial.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently are essential.
