About this role:

We're seeking an experienced automation tester to lead our software development lifecycle.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automation testing with a strong background in software QA methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Java, Python, or Shell.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing automation frameworks using Python and other relevant technologies.
  • Developing test cases and scripts to automate regression testing.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and develop solutions.
  • Maintaining and improving existing automation frameworks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of relational databases and advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience working in Unix/Linux environments, including writing shell scripts and using Unix command-line tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
