Lead Data Scientist Opportunity

This is a unique chance to work as a Lead Data Scientist and drive the scaling of machine learning products within pre-approved campaigns and live digital journeys.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring APIs operate smoothly at scale, identifying ways to simplify and reduce risk in customer journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end data science systems, including model development, debugging, and production maintenance
  • Develop and deploy scalable data models using Python, PySpark, NumPy, Pandas, SQL, and Linux
  • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, product managers, and senior stakeholders to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Master's or Undergraduate degree in Computer Science/Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering
  • 6-8 years of industry experience, with at least 3-4 years in machine learning/data science implementation
  • Technical expertise in data science system design, programming languages, cloud and big data platforms, CI/CD, and DevOps
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Databricks, Spark, Data Warehousing, and pipeline orchestration
  • Knowledge of FastAPI/Flask for building scalable data models APIs
  • Exposure to credit risk modeling and financial services
