Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and communicating with clients and partners. The Associate will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create new business opportunities for the company.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Generate leads and manage customer relationships to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop business strategies

Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Graduation in any degree with a strong academic record
  • Critical thinking and creativity to drive innovation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and sales
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of ₹3-5 lakhs per annum
  • A variable component of ₹2-2.4 lakhs per annum
  • A 6-day working week with fixed days off on Sunday
  • A 2-month probation period
