SAP Customer Service Functional Consultant

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through the effective implementation and enhancement of SAP Customer Service module functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and optimize repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location, and tracking capabilities within the SAP CS module.
  • Integrate the SAP CS module with Sales Order processing and Finance modules to track repair costs and generate customer invoices.
  • Manage service contracts and ensure seamless integration with service orders for billable and non-billable scenarios.
  • Oversee service work orders and guarantee a smooth integration throughout the entire repairs process.
  • Handle service labor posting and ensure efficient integration with the timekeeping system.
  • Promote an Order to Cash (OTC) process by focusing on Master Data, Pricing, Sales Documents, Delivery Documents, Billing Documents, Contracts, Account Determination, Rebate Agreements, and Partner Determination.
  • Process EDI and IDoc transactions efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in SAP CS module configuration and management.
  • Proficiency in handling repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location, and tracking in SAP CS.
  • Extensive experience with service contracts and their integration with service orders.
  • Familiarity with service labor posting and integration with timekeeping systems.
  • Expertise in SAP OTC processes, including master data, pricing, sales documents, and billing.
  • Experience with EDI and IDoc processing.
