ERP Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead and coordinate our offshore ERP projects.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing ERP teams and projects, with hands-on experience in at least one ERP tool.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP initiatives and drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Scrum Master/TPM for ERP and related integration projects
  • Manage project progress, risks, and issues across the team
  • Ensure proper documentation, communication, and coordination with onsite stakeholders
  • Identify process improvements and enforce Agile best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in project management or Scrum Master roles
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
