About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our SAP PM project as an expert in Plant Maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation of the ARMP solution in the Long Segment using a Project Management approach along with a technical approach.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the transformation steps of projects, including initial demand collection, books of requirements, Request for Proposal, blueprint, realization, cutover plan, training, go-live, and project closure.
  • Contributing to the strategy of the PM Domain, participating in the 5-year plan, and assessing that transformations handled are in phase with the current strategy.
  • Managing a part of the run and maintain activity, contributing to incidents management and progressive maintenance management in the domain.

Requirements

  • BE / BTech/ Any Master's Degree
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience/knowledge of the general industry or steel market/products/production process is an advantage
  • SAP customizing in SAP PM module
  • ABAP skills are a plus (Debugging)
  • Deep knowledge of the Plant Maintenance activity
