Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fabrications Supervisor to oversee fabrication operations in India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and fabrication processes, with the ability to lead a team to achieve high-quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations in the fabrication shop to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Lead and train a team of fabricators, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
  • Monitor the fabrication process to ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in fabrication operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a fabrication environment or similar role.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
