Job Summary
Leading a finance team in Hyderabad requires strong leadership and technical skills.
- Manage the finance team to ensure compliance with key regulations.
- Report to senior management on audit, risk, and finance-related issues.
- Maintain relationships with the company's audit, risk, and finance committee.
- Draft finance and compliance papers for the board.
- Oversee transaction processing and recording.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices.
- Maintain accurate accounts and supporting records for transparent reporting.
- Record, monitor, and analyze expenditure within budgeted allocations.
- Prepare grant applications with detailed costs.
- Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management or accounting with a leadership role in an IT/ITES corporate.
- Strong understanding of corporate financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and tax regulations in India.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, identify anomalies, and assess economic risks.
