Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Project Manager to join our team in Commercial GBS. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end set-up, execution, and analysis of multichannel campaigns on SFMC in allocated markets. Your main responsibility will be to ensure best-in-class multichannel campaign execution and efficient operations for a great customer experience across activated touchpoints in the customer journey.

Main Responsibilities
  • Facilitate smooth end-to-end set-up, execution, and analysis of multichannel campaigns on SFMC.
  • Ensure effective communication flow between affiliate Multichannel Lead, Campaign Partners, and Content Hub Partner.
  • Support affiliates in 'raising the bar' with their multichannel campaigns.
  • Contribute to deliver on Multichannel Hub KPI's.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or above in relevant area.
  • 5+ years of experience as Project Manager and/or Account Manager in similar size organization.
  • Deep knowledge and previous experience with (digital) pharma marketing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation is required.
  • Knowledge of SFMC (or other marketing automation tools) is a plus.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
About the Position

The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented climate. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering innovative solutions to patients.
