About the role:

We're seeking a methodical and solution-driven Project Manager/Requirements Analyst to join our organization. In this position, you will act as a vital link between developers, stakeholders, and users by documenting requirements and detailed technical specifications.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Documenting incoming project requests into detailed requirements and/or specifications
  • Reviewing requirements with stakeholders and developers to gain consensus before development starts
  • Managing scope, schedule, and quality of projects
  • Collaborating with the enterprise team on projects that require integration between systems
  • Showcasing project deliverables to stakeholders

Required skills and qualifications:

  • University degree or college diploma required and/or an acceptable equivalent of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience with strong project management expertise
  • Ability to work with US stakeholders and willingness to adapt to their time zone
  • Experience with content management systems and website user experience is required
  • Strong organizational and English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Data driven and detail-oriented
