Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and execute visually stunning graphics for various digital and print mediums.

Key responsibilities include creating branding and identity elements such as logos, brand guidelines, stationery, packaging, and pitch decks. Additionally, creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (posts, carousels, reels covers, banners, story templates) are also required.

Motion graphics and video editing skills are essential for producing high-quality animations, reels, GIFs, explainer videos, transitions, website banners, layouts, landing pages, emailers, microsites, and basic photography/editing support for retouching, compositing, visual mockups, 3D mockups.

Consistency and innovation are key to ensuring all design output is on-brand, high-quality, and creatively sharp. This requires a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong background in creative strategy.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with tight deadlines and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of professional design experience or exceptional freshers with a strong portfolio.
  • Knowledge of luxury, jewellery, or lifestyle branding will be an advantage.
