Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team as we expand our capabilities. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in delivering impactful stories through visual presentations and design that effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging visuals that align with the client brand identity and resonate with the target audience.

  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop interactive communication designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends around the globe and translate ideas into tangible design concepts.
  • Meet clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements of the task.
  • Use innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of time.
  • Presentation finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
  • Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches and work on layouts ready for print.
  • Work as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
  • Deliver on deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactively work by coordinating handoffs, sharing context, and aligning on shared goals.
  • Stay current on design trends, software updates, and best practices.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and new visual approaches.
  • Assist in internal design reviews and share learnings with the team.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across various mediums.
  • A solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of web/UI tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Sites, and other G Suite tools.
  • Curiosity about Generative AI and emerging design tech.
  • A storyteller with strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
