ERP Integration Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support and enhance our enterprise systems landscape.

This role is crucial in delivering robust solutions between Epicor iScala ERP, WMS, and external systems—focusing on EDI file development, XML-based integration, and the Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process.

A strong command of complex MSSQL queries is mandatory to succeed in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional and technical support for Epicor iScala ERP, including issue resolution, configuration, and enhancements.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot EDI files (e.g., Orders, Invoices, ASNs) for integration with business partners.
  • Design and support system integrations between ERP, WMS, and external platforms using XML, flat files, or other structured data formats.
  • Build and execute complex MSSQL queries for data analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize the O2C (Order-to-Cash) process, including Order Entry, Delivery, Invoicing, and Collection.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and specifications.
  • Coordinate with vendors, 3PLs, and internal teams for system alignment and issue resolution.
  • Participate in ERP upgrades, SIT/UAT testing, and ongoing improvement projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation, SOPs, and end-user training materials.

Perform any ad hoc assignments or special tasks as directed by superiors.
