We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer who can contribute to our mobile app team.

About the Role
  • This position involves designing and developing high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing clean architecture and state management, such as Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or GetX.
  • They should be able to write scalable, maintainable, and modular code.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Designing and developing high-quality cross-platform mobile applications.
  2. Implementing clean architecture and state management.
  3. Writing scalable, maintainable, and modular code.
  4. Converting UI/UX designs into functional, pixel-perfect mobile apps.
  5. Ensuring responsive layouts that adapt to different devices and screen sizes.
  6. Collaborating with designers to refine animations, transitions, and overall user experience.
  7. Integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, or third-party SDKs.
  8. Handling real-time data sync, offline storage, and caching.
  9. Implementing authentication flows, including OAuth, JWT, or Firebase Auth.
  10. Writing unit tests and widget tests to ensure reliability.
  11. Debugging and resolving performance bottlenecks, crashes, and bugs.
  12. Optimizing apps for speed, memory usage, and responsiveness.
  13. Monitoring and improving app stability & crash analytics, utilizing tools like Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry.
  14. Collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features on time.
  15. Participating in Agile ceremonies, such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  16. Contributing to technical discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
  17. Managing builds, releases, and deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  18. Setting up CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and testing.
  19. Providing post-release support, monitoring app performance, and user feedback.
  20. Staying updated with new Flutter releases, Dart improvements, and mobile app trends.
  21. Experimenting with new libraries, tools, and frameworks to enhance development speed.
  22. Suggesting process improvements and best practices to improve team efficiency.
