Job Summary

A skilled engineer provides critical support to clients, resolving technical issues and answering product-related queries in a timely manner.

The role entails troubleshooting complex problems, collaborating with internal teams, and delivering high-quality incident resolution within agreed-upon service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical incidents
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, adhering to predefined service level agreements
  • Document customer incidents with detailed information on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution methods
  • Collaborate across teams to identify the root causes of technical issues
  • Work closely with core engineering teams daily

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in product support interacting with English-speaking customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective troubleshooting abilities
  • Passion for technology and ability to quickly grasp technical concepts
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure scenarios

Technical Proficiency:

Frontend: Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery

Backend: Node.js/ Python/ PHP/ JAVA*

Database: Working knowledge of SQL queries, Mongo, Postgresql, or any other NoSQL DB knowledge
