Job Title: Information Security Strategist

We seek an experienced professional to spearhead our organization's security initiatives, driving strategic planning and execution across the enterprise.

  • Oversight of compliance with global standards, including ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and other applicable frameworks.
  • Internal reviews of security practices to identify gaps or vulnerabilities and ensure timely remediation.
  • Reviewing, updating, and enforcing security policies, standards, and procedures to maintain a robust security posture.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to explain security protocols, address concerns, and support compliance-related inquiries.
  • Proactively identifying risks and recommending practical solutions to mitigate threats.
  • Maintaining clear and comprehensive records of security activities, compliance status, and improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years in information security, compliance, or risk management.
  • Strong background in implementing and managing security programs aligned with global standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Tech Skills:

  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, cloud services, and operational models.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Soft Skills:

  • Leadership & Initiative: Ability to lead cross-functional efforts and drive security improvements.
