Financial Compliance Specialist

The role of a Senior Auditor involves conducting thorough audits to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial statements. This senior level position requires expertise in auditing, accounting, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute audit engagements to identify and assess risks.
- Perform tests and procedures to gather evidence and validate financial data.
- Identify and report control weaknesses and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and support to junior auditors and other team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in end-to-end US Audit.
- Industry experience in EBP, NFP, Real Estate, Commercial, Yellow Book (more than one audit industry experience required).
A successful Senior Auditor will possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
