Senior Security Operations Center

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SOC Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our security operations center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of our SIEM platform.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and customizing SIEM rules, filters, and alerts to meet specific security monitoring and compliance requirements. You will work closely with IT teams to onboard new data sources and integrate logs into the SIEM platform for comprehensive threat detection.
You will also be responsible for generating and presenting regular and ad-hoc reports on SIEM performance, security incidents, and compliance status to stakeholders and management. This includes staying up-to-date on emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices to enhance SIEM capabilities and proactive defense strategies.
In addition, you will participate in incident response activities, including incident simulations, tabletop exercises, and post-incident reviews. You will provide guidance and training to junior team members and stakeholders on SIEM platform usage, capabilities, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize SIEM rules, filters, and alerts
