E-learning Content Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager - Learning Content will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of e-learning content projects. This role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and ensure timely delivery.
This individual will have experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will also have strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of translating business objectives into actionable operational plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full lifecycle of e-learning content projects, from planning and scoping to execution and delivery.
- Develop and implement project management templates and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
- Oversee and track key project metrics—effort, timeline, and quality—ensuring no deviations from planned scope.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Ability to handle complex situations with a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Experience in working within a virtual team.
- 5+ years of e-learning/ed-tech work experience.
