This role involves spearheading the development and optimization of machine learning systems and large language model-based applications.

As an AI Engineer, you will partner with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into AI-driven solutions that deliver tangible ROI. You will also lead initiatives building automated pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and evaluation.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in fine-tuning foundation models using LoRA, QLoRA, and adapter layers to meet client specifications. Additionally, they should be familiar with prompt engineering strategies including few-shot learning, chain-of-thought, and RAG frameworks.

Key Responsibilities include designing and implementing traditional ML and LLM-based systems to deliver scalable AI solutions, optimizing model inference for performance and cost-efficiency across cloud platforms, and developing robust backend infrastructure to support AI-driven applications.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or data-driven solution delivery">
  • Proven expertise in LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, adapter layers) and inference optimization">

  • Hands-on experience with cloud ML services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)">
