Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer queries, and ensuring timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing: Manage billing processes at the office in accordance with E-Invoicing rules.
- Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries on GST, e-waybill, and insurance.
- Sales Support: Provide assistance to the sales team when needed.
- Customer Coordination: Coordinate dispatch schedules, delivery timelines, and updates.
- Sales & Finance: Issue proforma invoices and follow up on payments.
- Warehouse & Dispatch: Send approved invoices for dispatch.
- CHA & Customs: Liaise with CHA for import/export clearance and share required documents.
- Head Office: Request stock, confirm inventory, and handle urgent escalations.
- Reporting: Maintain sales, payment, and dispatch records.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need 5-10 years of experience in a similar position, including expertise in GST invoicing and customer support.
