Job Title: SAP FICO R2R Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned expert in SAP FICO and R2R processes to drive process optimization and oversee SAP R2R implementations. As a bridge between finance and technology, you will ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO modules within S/4HANA.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end R2R processes including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Financial Closing.
  • Configure and optimize SAP FICO modules within S/4HANA.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Manage integrations with other SAP modules (MM, SD, TRM) and third-party systems.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal controls.
  • Guide cross-functional teams, provide training, and ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
  • Support project delivery, cutover planning, testing, and go-live activities.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of SAP Finance experience with at least 3+ years in a Lead role.
  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO and R2R processes; S/4HANA experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT (Master's/Certification is a plus).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage global stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes.
