**Technical Support Specialist Role Summary**This role involves working as a troubleshooting expert for a global SaaS platform, providing technical support and resolving complex issues related to the ServiceNow user experience. As a key member of the user experience team, you will be responsible for debugging, problem-solving, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product usability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow user interface and platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
