Job Description

This role focuses on supporting design and consulting activities to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting technical and functional discussions with customers and business teams to design, finalize, and develop enhancements. They will also develop operational flow, detail design documents, demonstrations, and implementation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technical and functional discussions with customers and business teams to design, finalize, and develop enhancements.
  • Develop operational flow, detail design documents, demonstrations, and implementation strategy.
  • Contribute ideas toward the enhancement and/or modification of designs to improve the product.
  • Work closely with teams in coaching, mentoring, and offering guidance from time to time.
  • Comply with common work processes, standards, tools, and coordinate testing activities across project teams.
  • Oversee the use of appropriate tools, ensuring quality procedures are followed, and projects released are bug-free.
  • Mentor other consultants within the team.
Required Skills and QualificationsTechnical Skills:
  • Experience/expertise on transportation management (TM) deployment in Europe, Americas, and APAC.
  • Understanding of shipment planning engine rules, including routing criteria, routing strategy, routing template, parameter set, and related configurations.
  • Familiarity with MATM base data, such as equipment, path sets, lanes and rates, mode, service level, product class, transit time, and UoM.
Business Acumen:
  • Knowledge of order management side of MAWM, including aggregation, prioritization, pipeline, cubing, and their impact on TM.
  • Experience with appointment and cut-off time management, tracking management, and integration with third-party carriers, brokers, visibility partners, etc.
