Key Finance Leadership Role

The position of Unit Finance Head involves overseeing the finance function to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. This includes managing cash and statutory compliances, monitoring strategic amendments, and establishing internal controls for funds usage and movement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the finance department to meet unit requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting, including profitability, revenues, and pricing tariffs.
  • Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, detailing performance against targets.
  • Monitor management reporting, incorporating budget and forecasting models.
  • Incorporate risk management strategies to minimize risks and promote a proactive approach.
  • Respond to internal and external audit queries, working closely with Group compliance.
  • Ensure accurate taxation policies, including corporate, VAT, and tax planning.
  • Develop and maintain effective vendor relationships.
  • Lead and motivate the finance team to achieve performance targets.
  • Cultivate collaboration between finance and related business areas.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • CA/CMA with extensive experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Observational and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and drive strategic growth.
