Job Title: Performance Test Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our testing group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute performance tests for complex systems using Open-source tools like K6, JMeter, or commercial tools like HP Load Runner, IBM Performance Center, or Silk Performer.
  • Develop and maintain performance test frameworks and helper functions.
  • Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance-related issues.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in performance testing.
  • Expertise in scripting languages like Perl, Python, JavaScript, VB Script, and Shell scripting.
  • Strong skills in designing frameworks and helper functions.
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of bug life cycle management.
  • Good exposure to Agile methodologies.
