We are seeking an experienced NetSuite administrator to join our team. As a key member of the IT application team, you will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance when providing best-practice application solutions.
As a NetSuite administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate data, maintain financial controls, and assist in leveraging NetSuite for financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Providing end-user support to run reports, saved searches, and custom dashboards.
- Creating, maintaining, and updating users, roles, permissions, partners, and associated accounts to ensure proper access.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite and OpenAir functionality on new releases, customizations, and integrations.
- Designing and troubleshooting workflows, roles, scripts, and integrations.
- Researching and correcting errors, recovering deleted information, and running audits in the system.
- Acting as a technical liaison to users, management, and third-party vendors.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues, including data discrepancies and integration problems.
- Participating in integrating NetSuite with other third-party software, such as Avalara, ADP, Equity Edge, Adaptive, and Salesforce.
- Troubleshooting support cases using a company's ticketing system.
- Working alongside internal audit to ensure a secure data environment and familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley (404b) and financial reporting requirements.
- Recommending enhancements to the system and business process to improve efficiency and deliver more value.
- Facilitating and testing NetSuite and OpenAir semi-annual releases before implementing to production.
