Technical Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to strengthen our engineering practices and develop solutions that provide visibility into code from developer to deployment.

You will lead junior developers in building microservices that help products scale rapidly. Your deep product and technology design thinking skills will enable you to modernize software, ease deployments, and address customer issues.

  • Strong technical leadership and problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Coding, testing, and debugging skills are essential.
  • Mentor team members and coordinate input from business and technology stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Adhere to set internal controls and ensure the successful execution of projects.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud technologies. You should have experience with web services standards, database technologies, and SQL. Knowledge of AWS, Queuing systems, and scripting is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filling the product backlog and delivering production-ready code.
  • Mentoring team members and coordinating input from stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Required Skills:

  • Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud technologies.
  • Web services standards, database technologies, and SQL.
  • AWS, Queuing systems, and scripting knowledge is an advantage.
