We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition and revenue growth for our design and product solutions vertical. This role focuses on selling UI/UX services, product design solutions, and digital design consulting to enterprise and mid-market clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate leads and drive new business opportunities for UI/UX and product design services.
- Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
- Design tailored sales decks, proposals, and RFP responses for enterprise clients.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and translate business needs into UI/UX design solutions.
- Collaborate with design and strategy teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure successful handover post-sales.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Represent the company at industry forums, events, and client presentations to enhance visibility and generate leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the design industry.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Proven track record of closing deals with enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
