UI/UX Design Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UX process from research to execution
  • Create high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to refine design solutions
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders for implementation
  • Maintain information architecture and consistent UX patterns across products
  • Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback

Functional Requirements:

  • Drive design-led innovation to improve user adoption
  • Create scalable, personalized UX systems tailored to user behavior
  • Lead behavioral research across diverse micro-personas
  • Help define motion UX to enhance interactivity

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of professional experience in UX design

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience
