Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PHP Laravel Full Stack Developer to join our team at Industrial Support Services. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the back-end and front-end applications using the PHP Laravel framework.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Developing and Maintaining Web Applications: Utilize your expertise in PHP Laravel to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications that meet our business requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to identify project requirements and implement new features.
  • Optimizing Application Performance: Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our web applications by optimizing code, troubleshooting issues, and implementing best practices.
  • Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge and competitive.
  • Code Quality and Reviews: Contribute to maintaining high code quality standards by performing code reviews, providing feedback, and ensuring adherence to coding best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in PHP Laravel development, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Tech Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in PHP, Laravel framework, MVC architecture, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL, and Git.
  • Soft Skills: Showcase excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and collaboration skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
