Business Development Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our global business strategy.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • 1. Business Development:  Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategies to penetrate existing markets, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • 2. Writing Business Proposals:  Create compelling proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our organization to clients.
  • 3. International Lead Generation:  Develop and execute plans to attract international clients, leveraging networks and partnerships to expand our reach.
  • 4. Client Relationship Management:  Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • 5. Bid Management:  Coordinate bid processes, including developing responses to RFPs and managing the bidding process.
  • 6. Communication Skills:  Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate our value proposition to clients.
  • 7. Activity Tracking:  Monitor and track activity on accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues.
  • 8. Deal Closure:  Collaborate with teams to close deals, meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience:  5-10 years in a related field
  • Education:  B.Tech, M.C.A, M.Sc, or M.Tech degree
