Our company is seeking a skilled and data-driven analyst to lead the end-to-end tracking and analytics setup for our web platform. This role is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive measurement framework, ensuring accurate data collection, and delivering actionable insights that drive business performance and user experience optimization.

About this role:
  • We are looking for an experienced professional who can design and implement a robust tracking and measurement plan aligned with platform architecture and business goals.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Mixpanel, and consent management platforms.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement a tracking and measurement plan using GTM, Mixpanel, and OneTrust Consent Platform.
  2. Configure and maintain tracking infrastructure to ensure accurate data collection.
  3. Define and implement event tracking, user flow analysis, and conversion tracking.
  4. Build custom dashboards and reports to monitor site performance and key KPIs.
  5. Track critical user behaviors, including navigation patterns, feature engagement, and drop-off points.
  6. Optimize tracking for multi-step conversion funnels.
  7. Implement A/B testing and user segmentation strategies to evaluate and enhance performance.
  8. Ensure tracking accuracy through testing and debugging of event implementations.
  9. Validate data integrity and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
  10. Stay current with privacy regulations and ensure compliance via cookie consent management.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in web analytics and tracking implementation.
  • Strong understanding of event-based analytics, conversion funnels, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on tracking and data collection.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience building real-time dashboards and custom reports.
  • Ability to translate business goals into measurable KPIs.
