Project Lead & Web Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the timely completion of tasks by Web Executives
  • Collaborate with Design and Development teams for projects and tasks
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade client websites
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues promptly
  • Conduct regular security audits to protect our websites from breaches
  • Streamline content by conducting thorough audits and eliminating redundant information
  • Develop communication strategies aligned with our brand vision
  • Optimize website performance through regular test plans
  • Work closely with teams to align the website with our brand strategy
