Job Title: Infrastructure Security Specialist

Job Summary:

Ample Technologies Pvt Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Security Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of the company's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize and negotiate solutions to address security and budget concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and benchmark against office setups, facilities, and technological capabilities.
  • Provide lifecycle management for hardware and software, including procurement, upgrades, and recycling.
  • Develop comprehensive procurement reports integrating efficiency benchmarks and security risk assessments.
  • Optimize cost efficiencies by procuring technology in appropriate configurations and timing.
  • Oversee the procurement and implementation process for infrastructure components.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of technology solutions, including functionality verification and stakeholder training.
  • Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests related to infrastructure and cloud security.
  • Conduct risk assessments and security threat modeling exercises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Administer cybersecurity training sessions for employees to promote awareness regarding cybersecurity best practices.
  • Implement and manage the deployment and oversight of various security tools and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in infra security roles in the capacity of internal IT and relevant certifications.
  • Proficiency in security tools and technologies, including vulnerability scanning, SIEM, EDR, and cloud security management platforms.
  • Thorough understanding of security operations, risk management, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and project delivery.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
