Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant to lead functional workshops, configure and customize D365 Commerce POS modules, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to retail operations and POS systems.
  • Configure and customize D365 Commerce POS modules.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integration.
  • Provide end-to-end support during implementation phases.
  • Develop documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft's roadmap for D365 Commerce.
  • Support data migration and testing activities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
Key Qualifications:
  • Functional Consultant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 POS (Modern POS, Cloud POS, Store Commerce).
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes.
  • Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and D365 configuration tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 Commerce or related modules.
