Employee Experience Specialist

As a dedicated professional, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive employee experience strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and insights from employees.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to design and deliver engaging programs and events.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee experience strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Slack, MS Excel, HRMS tools, or data visualization platforms.
