Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing features according to business requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The role involves participating in Agile ceremonies, estimating, designing, and building technical solutions, as well as maintaining clean code and a robust infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Estimate, design, and build technical solutions according to business requirements.
  • Maintain clean code and a robust infrastructure.
  • Raise technical improvements and impediments.
  • Deliver Jira tickets assigned during a sprint.
  • Contribute to Engineer Chapter events and Tribe community.
  • Ensure platform stability with the tech lead and other members of the guild.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in software development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of deployment/versioning tools (Git, Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of project tracking software (Jira, QC).
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (Centreon, Dynatrace).

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development.
