Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Senior Dessert Specialist located in South Goa.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Head Pastry Chef in creating and presenting high-quality desserts and baked goods
  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, ensuring efficient workflow
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve set dessert standards and presentation goals

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in pastry baking, cake decoration, and dessert making
  • Experience in following recipes, adjusting flavor profiles, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work under pressure
  • Relevant certification or diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts (desired)
  • Prior experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen, preferably with leadership roles
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for delivering exceptional desserts
