Sourcing Expert

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to join our organization in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing overall procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, forecasting, conducting research, negotiating with vendors, evaluating bids, analyzing data, and developing and implementing procurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devising and implementing fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies.
- Exploring profitable suppliers and initiating procurement partnerships.
- Building long-term relationships with vendors in the industry.
- Preparing block estimates for all projects.
- Preparing BOQs and obtaining necessary approvals from stakeholders.
- Seeking proposals as per BOQs.
- Comparing proposals for price and specifications.
- Conducting techno-commercial negotiations with vendors to reduce costs.
- Reviewing contract specifications on behalf of the company.
- Assisting in finalizing vendors.
- Communicating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
