Business Development Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Sales Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating leads through outbound sales efforts, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Job Description
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with clients.
- Built strong pipelines by penetrating new accounts and expanding existing ones.
- Analyze customer engagement and retention data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct research to identify potential prospects and build relationships through email, phone, and social media outreach.
- Deploy high-volume cold calling, emailing, and social selling techniques to access decision-makers and generate interest in our products or services.
- Ensure all communications are accurately logged in CRM and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Develop and refine outbound strategies to improve conversion rates across the SDR pipeline.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-7 years' experience in phone-based, outbound B2B sales development/inside sales role.
- Excellent proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Clear, compelling, and personalized communication skills across email and social media platforms.
- Positive speaking skills, strong listening skills, and good writing skills.
- The ability to handle rejections efficiently and maintain a positive attitude.
- A good understanding of running and executing email drip campaigns.
- Proven ability to undertake in-depth online research and utilize social media effectively.
- The ability to work and adapt to an ever-changing fast-paced environment.
- A long-term plan to pursue a career in sales or sales development.
