Key Roles in Sustainable Transportation Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable transportation solutions. As a Group Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of software developers and engineers in designing and implementing innovative technologies that prioritize environmental sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, particularly in the automotive industry. A strong background in agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, is essential, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Passion for people and technology, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality results, are also crucial.

A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, and experience in DevOps and IT development is an added advantage. We value diversity and inclusivity, and we encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of software developers and engineers in the design and implementation of sustainable transportation solutions
  • Develop and maintain our in-house developed software (C++98/11/14/17, IBM Rational Rhapsody, test automation)
  • Deliver high-quality software products that meet agreed quality, cost, delivery, and functionality targets
  • Ensure the team adheres to Agile Release Train principles and delivers according to committed deliveries and objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7 years of experience in SW development in the automotive industry within the area of connected services
  • Experience in agile methods, such as Scrum and Kanban (in SAFe)
  • Experience in DevOps is an asset
  • Experience in IT development and maintenance is an asset
