Job Description:

This part-time freelance role involves preparing and delivering engaging course content, providing personalized support to students, assessing learner progress, and incorporating feedback to improve instructional strategies. Additionally, the trainer will assist in developing and implementing new training materials to meet the evolving needs of learners.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs
  • Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students
  • Assess learner progress and develop strategies for improvement
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop new training materials
Qualifications:

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience in delivering corporate trainings
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with online teaching tools and virtual learning environments
  • Ability to assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field
  • Experience in the educational sector is a plus

Timings:
