Legal Agreement Specialist
">This role is responsible for negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, ensuring they are accurate, compliant, and meet the needs of all parties involved. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline legal review processes, increase efficiency, and enable the legal team to operate at peak performance.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Draft and negotiate terms and conditions for various commercial contracts, including NDAs, statements of work, master agreements, and data privacy agreements.">
- Maintain accurate and compliant contract records.">
- BUILD TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.">
- Work closely with legal counsel to gain exposure to a wide range of legal and business matters.">
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate will have a university level degree or equivalent, with 4-6 years' experience negotiating legal terms & conditions with customers or vendors. They should be proficient in spoken and written English, familiar with media organizations, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with commercial contract management, understanding of contract and commercial law, and ability to apply legal, financial and business principles to contracting are also essential.

">About This Role:
">This is a remote/hybrid position that requires strong communication and follow-up skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working as part of a cross-functional team in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.

">Contract Details:
">This is a full-time position that requires a 2 PM - 11 PM (IST) schedule. The ideal candidate will be able to commit to this schedule for the duration of the contract.
