DMPK Scientist

Job Role Overview:

A bioanalytical scientist with expertise in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics is sought to join our team.

• The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, performing, and interpreting metabolite identification studies using LC-MS/MS, HRMS, and other analytical techniques.
• They will be proficient in analyzing complex data sets and structural interpretation for Phase-1, 2, and 3 metabolites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute experiments to identify and characterize metabolites of small molecule drugs.
• Analyze and interpret data from mass spectrometry experiments to support drug development decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide scientific insights and recommendations to inform drug development strategies.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and protocols for laboratory operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• 5+ years of postdoctoral research experience in a pharmaceutical company or CRO.
• Proven track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at international conferences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with regulatory submissions and interactions with regulatory agencies.
• Strong understanding of ADME principles and pathway.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
