Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in vitro ADME studies, including reading and understanding various protocols, performing experiments such as logP, logD, pKa measurements, CYP induction and inhibition assays, permeability determinations, and solubility determinations.

Bioanalysis

The successful candidate will have experience with method development in various matrices focused on in vitro samples, including plasma, blood, tissues, urine, feces, etc. They will also perform LC-MS/MS and HPLC-UV/PDA method development and validation, extract data from the instrument, conduct bioanalytical QC, and share reports with stakeholders.

Data Analysis and Report Generation

Our system analyst will understand the quality of bioanalytical data, conduct data analysis using Phoenix WinNonlin, calculate in vitro results/parameters using Excel spreadsheets, generate reports in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint format, and prepare reports in both GLP and non-GLP formats as per requirement.

  • Education: M.Sc / M.Pharm
  • Experience: 2–6 years in a drug discovery industry/CRO in the DMPK department
